About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance professional to join our team at Ennova Fulshear, located in the heart of Fulshear, Texas. In this full-time role, you will ensure the smooth mechanical operations of all facility equipment. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, monitoring building physical equipment status, and advising on compliance with OSHA and fire regulations. This position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive environment where your expertise directly impacts the safety and functionality of our community.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verifiedAssociate degree in vocational field or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, architectural engineering, refrigeration, heating and cooling, or plumbing field preferred
- verifiedMinimum of three (3) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance related position
- verifiedHVAC experience preferred
- verifiedMust be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc
Nice to Have
Associate degree in vocational field and/or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, architectural engineering, refrigeration, heating and cooling, or plumbing field. HVAC experience.
