We are seeking a passionate, clinically strong, and leadership-driven Senior Behavior Analyst to support the continued growth and development of our clinical teams. This role is designed for experienced leaders who are passionate about mentorship, operational excellence, clinical quality, and helping develop the next generation of supervisors and clinicians.
The Senior Behavior Analyst plays a key role in strengthening clinical quality, supporting supervisor development, improving operational performance, and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care across assigned teams and classrooms. This position is critical to supporting sustainable growth, strengthening supervisor support, and helping ensure our teams feel clinically equipped, supported, and successful. The Senior Behavior Analyst helps bridge leadership, mentorship, and operational execution while helping maintain the culture and standards that define Little Stars.
