The Role
As a Senior Associate (Audit & Tax), you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing multiple engagements with accuracy and a solutions-oriented mindset. You will lead audit engagements across various industries and handle complex tax responsibilities, including the preparation and review of federal and state corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns. Beyond technical execution, you will support consulting initiatives such as permanent establishment analyses and nexus studies, while also contributing to business development efforts and mentoring junior staff.
