About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is essential for ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and oversight of all merchandising and inventory activities in adherence to company policies.
Physical Requirements
This role requires significant physical activity, including standing and walking for in excess of 8 hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
