About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will do more than just manage a store; you will lead and mentor a team, keep our customers safe, and build a career and life that you love. This role is for those who want to set the pace for the store and the tone for the team.

Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and ensure steady workflow, followed by time on the floor. You will be hands-on with your team, coaching technicians, stepping in where needed, and talking directly with customers to explain options clearly and get them back on the road confidently. There is no desk required; your office is the shop floor. You will help organize inventory and ensure an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience.
