About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. This position is essential for driving maximum sales and profitability through strategic staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and comprehensive merchandising and inventory management. All duties are performed in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Work Environment & Requirements
This is a full-time role with a schedule of up to 38 hours per week. The position requires a minimum age of 18. The physical demands of the job are active, requiring in excess of 8 hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required to succeed in this environment.
