About the Role
We are a real estate development and property management company seeking an experienced Senior Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC Certified) to lead our maintenance team. This role is designed to support all areas of property maintenance, with a primary focus on supervising maintenance staff and ensuring the timely fulfillment of resident work orders.
In this position, you will act as a hands-on team player and effective leader, directing maintenance staff and setting work order priorities. You will also provide direct support to the property manager and inspect the quality of maintenance work performed to ensure high standards are met. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, dependability, and the ability to motivate the team to get the job done.
