About the Role
We are a real estate development and property management company seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC Certified) to lead our maintenance team. This role is designed to support all areas of property maintenance, with a primary focus on supervising maintenance staff and ensuring the timely fulfillment of resident work orders.
In this position, you will act as a hands-on team player and effective leader, directing staff, inspecting the quality of work performed, and setting work order priorities. You will also provide direct support to the property manager, fostering a positive and professional environment where staff are motivated to get the job done.
