About the Role

The Effector RF Design Team at Raytheon is seeking a talented Senior Engineer to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This onsite position is designed for a leader who will shape the design and implementation of antenna, radome, and radar cross section (RCS) ranges and chambers. Beyond technical execution, you will lead project teams, provide technical oversight, and collaborate with the Engineering organization to establish technology roadmaps and drive innovation. You will also work directly with government personnel to define and refine requirements, ensuring strict compliance for range and chamber operations.

Hiring Process & Application

This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (DoD Secret) prior to your start date. U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only citizens are eligible for this clearance. The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
