The Senior Analyst, Chief of Staff Enablement acts as a force multiplier for the Chief of Staff, operating at the intersection of strategy, transformation, portfolio execution, communication, and operating rhythm. This position is highly integrative and enterprise-facing, designed as a stretch role for a high-potential leader offering significant exposure, complexity, and accountability.
While not a people manager by default, the role carries a high degree of opportunity to influence and engage with leaders across the organization. You will serve as the execution engine for the Chief of Staff and the Chief Technology & Data Analytics Officer, shaping narratives, connecting complex interdependencies, and driving follow-through to ensure priorities translate into measurable outcomes.
Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to work independently, structure complex issues, and navigate interdependencies across Technology, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Digital, Finance, and other enterprise functions. The role requires strong systems thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to synthesize massive data into crisp, executive-ready narratives.
