Avion Solutions Inc. is an employee-owned company dedicated to supporting the U.S. Army. We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Systems Readiness Directorate in Huntsville, AL. This role is critical to ensuring the financial and operational readiness of Army aviation programs.
About the Role
As a Senior Analyst, you will serve as a key financial and data partner to the division, bridging the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making. Your primary mission is to safeguard program funding by preparing annual budget spreadsheets, monitoring authorized amounts, and analyzing expenditure patterns to predict future needs. You will act as a gatekeeper against overspending while ensuring funds are allocated to the correct team and fund cites.
In this position, you will not only manage complex financial data but also drive operational efficiency. You will maintain travel logs, verify fund availability, and utilize the TTS database to create, analyze, and assign tasks. Your work will directly support the development of customer and contractor processes, as well as the creation of reports, plans, and policies. You will collaborate closely with internal team members, contractors, and external agencies to collect and interpret data related to Army Aviation, presenting detailed financial reports to the division chief bi-weekly.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will be required to hold an active DoD Secret Security Clearance and be a U.S. citizen. The position involves occasional travel, up to 15% of the time, to support program needs.

Requirements
