About the Opportunity
ECLARO is partnering with a market-leading insurance company to find a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Google AI and Generative Intelligence. Based in Paramus, NJ, this role offers a chance to join a team that provides property, casualty, and specialty insurance services to millions of customers across the United States.
About the Role
This position is designed for a highly experienced engineer with 10–15 years of software engineering background, including the last 4 years focused exclusively on Artificial Generative Intelligence. You will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and monitoring production-grade AI systems that leverage the full power of the Google ecosystem.
In this role, you will architect intelligent agents and workflows using the Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and integrate AI solutions deeply with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Meet) and BigQuery. You will work with commercial LLMs like Gemini and GPT, as well as open-source models, to solve high-performance, large-context, and multimodal tasks. Your day-to-day will involve leading requirements gathering, creating system architecture diagrams, and overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI applications—from data preparation and model fine-tuning to deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and continuous monitoring.

Requirements
