As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will become the operational anchor for the Texas Support Center. You will play a critical role in supporting our leaders and managing office operations to ensure an outstanding experience for everyone who interacts with our team. This position is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys creating order, supporting leadership, and delivering high-quality service.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, fostering a welcoming and professional environment. Your day-to-day impact will be felt through coordinating meetings, managing complex calendars, and handling logistics for conference calls and catering. By managing office supplies, kitchen operations, and vendor services, you help keep everything moving smoothly.
