About the Role
As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the financial health of our key accounts. This position exists to ensure robust credit management, optimize cash flow, and mitigate risk while fostering strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the accounts receivable portfolio, from setting credit limits to resolving complex disputes.
In this role, you will lead collection efforts, regularly communicate with leadership and the sales team to find solutions for potential credit risks, and provide operational improvement recommendations to expedite collections. You will also act as a support resource for the broader AR team, assisting with customer portal entries and serving as a backup for cash application. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
