About the Role
As a Senior Accountant within the Accounting & Finance division, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial integrity of our manufacturing operations. This position goes beyond standard bookkeeping; it requires a commitment to leadership in environmental health and safety principles and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in Safety, 6S, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.
You will be expected to contribute to a culture of high integrity, ensuring fair and equitable treatment for all while fostering a positive work environment. The role demands a balance of independent initiative and collaborative effort, requiring you to manage complex projects, identify problems, and meet strict deadlines while working within a dynamic manufacturing setting.
