We are working with a well-established and stable company to find a Senior Accountant with strong Fixed Assets experience. This long-term temporary role offers the possibility of conversion to a permanent position once the candidate is trained and integrated into the team.
The role is primarily focused (80%) on managing the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including setup, transfers, depreciation, and reclassifications. You will be responsible for reconciling sub-ledgers to the general ledger and preparing monthly roll-forward reports. A significant portion of the day involves pulling and organizing large data sets, linking them to source documentation, and partnering with cross-functional teams on asset tracking and project close-outs.
Beyond core fixed asset duties, you will assist with capital project accounting and support quarterly and annual financial reporting. You will also have the opportunity to review and suggest improvements to JD Edwards (JDE) contract setups and help identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
This is a hybrid position located in San Dimas, operating from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates will work remotely once trained and fully onboarded.

Requirements
