About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as the strategic lead for the Department of the Air Force (DAF) account. This is a mission-critical, customer-facing leadership role focused on ensuring the DAF realizes maximum value from the Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT) System and the Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR) System.
In this position, you will own the customer relationship, drive enterprise adoption, and expand the impact of our solutions across Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) organizations and Headquarters Air Force (HAF) stakeholders. You will shape how senior leaders leverage authoritative, real-time data to make portfolio-level decisions, positioning IDS as a trusted, long-term partner in modernizing acquisition and financial management within the DAF.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience engaging senior Air Force stakeholders and excels at aligning enterprise software capabilities to mission outcomes. You will act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to DAF leadership, including the Secretariat, Air Staff, Space Staff, and resource sponsors. Your day-to-day will involve leading executive briefings, championing change management efforts, and serving as the bridge between the customer and IDS product and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with mission needs.

Requirements
