Based in our San Jose office, this position is designed for individuals who possess training experience in semiconductor processes and equipment. You will develop and deliver comprehensive training on industrial photolithography products. Beyond preparing lesson plans, you will partner with customers and internal teams to implement training programs while maintaining equipment in cleanrooms and training facilities to ensure availability for demonstrations.
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with course development and training skills. You will conduct user training on Photolithography products both in-house and at customer sites, providing classroom and laboratory instruction on operation, preventive maintenance, application, and installation aspects of Canon photolithography equipment. You will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance of training facilities and equipment within the San Jose facility.
Work Environment
This position requires full-time presence at the assigned office. The role involves working in both office environments and cleanroom environments, which requires wearing full cleanroom suits, facemasks, gloves, and safety glasses. The work demands close visual acuity for extensive reading, visual inspection of small defects and parts, and the operation of machines. Additionally, the role may require up to 50% travel within the US, necessitating a valid driver's license and compliance with company safety guidelines.
