About the Role
You will serve as a technical lead for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, providing critical customer support for onsite installations, repairs, and maintenance of photolithography systems primarily in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role is designed to ensure customer equipment operates efficiently with minimal downtime while enabling new technology to improve processes in a pre-production environment.
As a Field Service Engineer Lead, you will supervise field service engineers, collaborate with engineering teams to analyze equipment data, and formulate strategies to reduce downtime. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering expert advice and troubleshooting product issues. This is a customer-facing position that requires strict compliance with customer policies and protocols, which may include specific health and safety measures.

Requirements
