About the Role
As a Selling General Manager for our Louisville market, you will launch, manage, and grow a local presence with hands-on expertise in B2C residential Durable Medical Equipment (DME). Your mission is to lead a team that earns 5-star customer experience reviews through consultative in-home sales, timely equipment installation, and responsive service for maintenance and repairs.
You will serve as the point of escalation for customers, systems, and processes, ensuring quality standards are met for every sale and project. This role requires you to build relationships with community referral sources, manage local vendor networks, and oversee fleet maintenance. By leading through ride-alongs, mentoring, and development, you will foster a culture where your team exceeds customer and partner expectations while scaling the local market.
