About the Role
The Self Storage Facility Manager is the face of the property, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on balancing sales performance with operational excellence. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where you will ensure the facility remains clean, secure, and well-maintained.
In this position, you will drive leasing efforts by utilizing effective sales strategies to meet unit rental goals while providing exceptional service to both new and existing customers. Beyond sales, you will act as the primary point of contact for resolving inquiries and complaints, ensuring a professional and courteous experience for all. The role also requires a strong operational hand; you will manage financial transactions, conduct daily property walks, and perform essential maintenance tasks ranging from plumbing and electrical repairs to groundskeeping. You will be the guardian of the property's security and compliance, ensuring all activities align with company policies and local regulations.
