About the Role
We are seeking a Training Coordinator in the Miami, FL area to supervise the training efforts of our security workforce. This role exists to ensure the seamless implementation of the Covenant training program and the continuous development of our security personnel. You will lead a team of trainers, assessing their effectiveness and providing constructive feedback to enhance delivery methods. Your day-to-day involves coordinating and documenting training activities, developing materials in response to policy changes, and conducting routine workforce audits to ensure alignment with Covenant and client expectations. You will also participate in the hiring of additional training staff and work closely with the Corporate Training Manager to implement approved initiatives.
