This position is integral to maintaining the reliability and performance of our security infrastructure. You will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring application uptime and system performance by responding to trouble tickets and diagnosing complex application issues. Working both individually and as part of a collaborative team, you will execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize availability and identify potential system faults before they impact operations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine configuration changes, managing digital change control tracking for all system modifications, and producing high-quality technical documentation that bridges the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. You will also lead pre-deployment end-to-end testing for all upgrades and major modifications, as well as performing on-site installations to ensure seamless transitions and system integrity.
