About the Role
As a Security Supervisor, you will lead the team in ensuring the safety of guests and team members while protecting the hotel and property. This role is vital to the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. You will assist with the daily supervision and training of Security Officers, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Your day will involve patrolling the interior and perimeter to identify risks, coordinating responses to emergencies, and resolving guest inquiries with a friendly and efficient manner. You will also monitor team performance, conduct preliminary investigations into incidents, and perform the duties of a Security Officer as needed.
