JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract (J-Tech II). This position serves as a critical administrative and personnel security support pillar for the unit manager and security staff. You will be the operational hub for the site security department, managing the lifecycle of employee and consultant clearances from initial application to periodic reinvestigation. Your day-to-day involves communicating with clearance granting agencies, issuing security badges, maintaining detailed logs, and facilitating essential security briefings. Additionally, you will provide work direction to lower-level clerical personnel, ensuring the department operates with precision and compliance.
This role is part of a tasking effort supporting a federal government contract. Consequently, candidates must be U.S. citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. The inability to obtain or maintain the required clearance, a valid state-issued driver's license, or other necessary certifications may affect employment eligibility. Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate their knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operation Manual (NISPOM) and relevant security regulations during the selection process.
