About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will provide impeccable customer service and peace of mind to our clients and their guests. This part-time role is designed for individuals who can uphold our core values while making the world a safer place. You will be the face of our team, engaging in frequent interactions with client employees and guests, and ensuring that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.

Your day will involve conducting lengthy foot patrols, identifying and reporting safety issues or suspicious activity, and managing conflict resolution and de-escalation. The role requires remaining calm and professional in stressful situations, responding to emergencies with rapid judgment, and maintaining great attention to detail throughout your shift. You will also be responsible for completing First Aid training and adapting to various weather conditions during your patrols.

Hiring Process

All candidates must be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, which includes a drug screen and background investigation. Once selected, you will complete paid training to prepare for your duties.
