Andy Frain Services is seeking a professional Security Officer to join our Security & Law Enforcement department. In this role, you will be the first line of defense for our hospitality and travel facilities, dedicated to protecting guests, employees, and assets. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMonitor entrances, exits, and access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter secured areas
- check_circleConduct regular patrols of hospitality and travel facilities to identify safety or security risks
- check_circleRespond promptly to alarms, incidents, and guest or staff concerns, escalating as needed
- check_circleOperate CCTV, access control, and communication systems in accordance with company protocols
- check_circlePrepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports for security and management review
- check_circleProvide professional, courteous assistance to guests and employees, promoting a safe environment
- check_circleSupport emergency procedures, including evacuations, medical incidents, and law enforcement coordination
Requirements
- verifiedState-issued security guard license (where applicable)
- verifiedCPR/First Aid certification preferred
- verifiedCertified Protection Officer (CPO) a plus
- verifiedBasic knowledge of security and safety regulations
