A Signal Dedicated Guard serves as the frontline of security for high-value areas, including courtyards, offices, and pools. The primary mission is to ensure all access points are properly secured while providing a high degree of attentiveness to detail and safety for property and residents. This role is designed to deliver consistent service that reflects company values, creating a sense of peace of mind for clients through vigilant protection and professional conduct.
Your day involves conducting static security services and managing daily activities to meet key benchmarks set by the Dedicated Branch Supervisor. You will interact with internal and external customers to cultivate strong service relationships, deescalating issues professionally and promptly when they arise. A significant portion of your shift is dedicated to maintaining Signal equipment, such as radios, access keys, and vehicles, ensuring they are cared for and ready for use.
Communication is central to this position. You will consistently report customer or property-related concerns to the Advanced Dedicated Guard or Branch Supervisor and participate in the Branch Supervisor Daily Scrum to stay aligned on client needs and post order changes. Additionally, you will utilize company technology and web or app-based software to write detailed, accurate reports for each shift, ensuring all documentation aligns with site-specific instructions.
Candidates must complete training modules within their first month of employment. The role requires a commitment to service and professionalism, with all duties adhering to minimum requirements and specific site Post Orders.
