We are seeking a dedicated part-time Security Guard to join our team on the NOC shift. This role is vital to ensuring the safety and security of our community and grounds. You will provide effective and courteous service to all residents, guests, and team members while maintaining a high-visibility presence that assures caution and care.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the community regularly, and maintaining radio contact with the front desk. You will be the first line of response during emergencies, assisting maintenance personnel, aiding and directing emergency vehicles, and ensuring safety hazards are removed or corrected. Additionally, you will document unusual findings and complete incident reports as needed.
Final candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, a physical abilities test, and a Department of Justice Criminal background clearance.
