About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Security Guard to join our team on the NOC shift. This role is critical to ensuring the safety and security of our community and grounds. You will provide effective and courteous service to all residents, guests, and team members while maintaining a high visibility presence that assures residents of our care and caution.

Your day will involve monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the community regularly, and maintaining radio contact with the front desk. You will be the first line of response for emergency radio calls, assisting maintenance personnel during emergencies, and directing emergency vehicles and personnel as needed. Additionally, you will document unusual findings and complete incident reports to maintain the highest standards of safety.

Hiring Process

Final candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, a physical abilities test, and the Department of Justice Criminal background clearance.
