About the Role
As an HR Compliance Supervisor with American Security Force, you will serve and safeguard clients while providing exceptional customer service in a professional setting. This role is critical for ensuring the organization adheres to all HR-related laws and regulations, maintaining a compliant and ethical workplace environment.
You will act as a key liaison between the company and its clients, often commuting to various sites to provide necessary forms, conduct training, and perform regular site inspections. The position requires balancing administrative precision with active field presence to assess security measures and resolve workplace issues before they escalate.

Requirements

Previous experience in the security industry. Previous experience with the hiring process including interviewing. HR Compliance experience. An active California Guard Card.
