Working as a Communications Dispatcher in Security, you will serve as a vital liaison, communicating with other departments, EMS, police, and associates both on and off property. You will answer emergency and non-emergency phone calls, use a radio to transmit calls for service to Security, Safety, and Fire officers, and record all activities in our Incident Management System. Additionally, you will monitor CCTV systems and weather software, communicating via text messaging services to make appropriate notifications when directed.
