Insight Global is seeking a Secret SharePoint Developer to join our team fully onsite in Norfolk, VA. This role is critical for designing, developing, and maintaining robust SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server solutions, including sites, workflows, and custom applications. You will serve as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, translating requirements into scalable solutions that support DoD and Navy programs within federal IT environments.
In this position, you will leverage the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and modern web technologies to build and customize components that drive efficiency. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with cybersecurity teams to ensure strict compliance with DoD security requirements, implementing governance best practices, and troubleshooting complex functionality, performance, and security issues. You will also play a key role in integration efforts between SharePoint and other systems, supporting testing, deployment, and user training activities.

Experience with Azure or cloud-based integrations. Experience integrating SharePoint with other on-premise or cloud-based systems. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with data visualization tools.
Skills: Sharepoint Online, Sharepoint Server, Sharepoint Framework, SPF X, Power Platform, Powerapps, Power Automate, Power Bi, Javascript, HTML.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field (experience can substitute).
