About the Team and Mission
Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated Tax Experts – Retail On-Site. This role is central to our mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World" by helping customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes. As a seasonal team member at a new TurboTax location across the United States, you will combine tax expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit to serve as a trusted advisor in your local community.
About the Role
In this unique position, you will work on-site to grow TurboTax's client base while establishing long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that fosters prosperity for both yourself and the community you serve.
Your day-to-day involves serving customers both in-person and virtually, using Intuit's state-of-the-art video communication tools. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support. A critical part of your success is connecting with people on a personal level to alleviate the stress often associated with tax season. By understanding each customer's unique situation, you will transform one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships.
Beyond technical preparation, you will act as a proactive community ambassador. You will enthusiastically represent TurboTax locally, engaging with new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into clients. You will also lead local events, participate in marketing initiatives, and make the topic of taxes accessible and approachable for everyone.
