About the Role

As a Tax Expert – Retail On-Site, you will serve as the public face of TurboTax within your local community. This unique opportunity allows you to grow TurboTax's client base while acting as a trusted advisor. You will leverage TurboTax marketing support and software to build a thriving business that benefits both you and the community.

Your day-to-day involves serving customers both in-person and virtually, using Intuit's state-of-the-art video communication tools. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, connecting with clients on a personal level to alleviate the stress often associated with tax season. Beyond preparation, you will facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and offer future tax planning advice, turning one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships.

You will also act as a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally by engaging with prospects, nurturing leads, and leading local events. Your goal is to make the topic of taxes accessible and approachable, potentially creating tax tips and educational content to build a local and online social presence.
