We are dedicated to providing a seamless move-out and move-in experience for our residents. During our apartment turnover period, which lasts between 4-8 weeks, we rely on temporary staff to ensure properties are ready for new tenants.
We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time temporary positions to support our property turnover efforts. As a member of our team, you will serve as versatile assistance for the Turnover department, handling a wide range of maintenance, housekeeping, and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with an all-in attitude who is eager to help in various capacities.
In this position, you will perform miscellaneous maintenance duties such as painting, minor drywall repairs, replacing batteries, light bulbs, blinds, and doors, as well as caulking, power washing, and trash or furniture removal. You will also participate in apartment inspections to document unit conditions, perform light housekeeping, and help keep grounds clean. Additionally, you may assist with general administrative duties, including maintaining the office, clubhouse, and amenities, organizing files, and managing customer packages.
