The Scion Group is seeking full-time and part-time temporary staff to support our apartment turnover period, which typically lasts between 4-8 weeks. As a temporary team member for property Turnover, you will play a vital role in providing a seamless move-out and move-in experience for our residents.

In this position, you will serve as a versatile support resource during our peak turnover seasons. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of hands-on maintenance tasks, property care, and light administrative duties. You will help ensure our properties are ready for new residents by performing miscellaneous maintenance, participating in unit inspections, and keeping grounds clean. Additionally, you may assist with general office operations, such as managing the clubhouse and amenities, organizing files, and handling customer packages.
