Key Responsibilities
- check_circleInspect and document units for repair or re-lease status
- check_circleTag units as ready to rent or needing further repairs
- check_circleReplenish supplies and maintain inventory of equipment and tools
- check_circleAssist in ordering materials and unloading deliveries
- check_circleSupport installation and modification of Value Added Products & Services
- check_circleComplete paperwork for deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls
- check_circleDocument work completed and communicate status to supervisors
- check_circleFollow company safety policies and use personal protective equipment
- check_circlePerform check-in/out inspections of buildings to note damages
- check_circleClean storage units, offices, and modular buildings by sweeping and hosing
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or GED required
- verified0–2 years' experience in general labor, warehouse, or entry-level repairs preferred
- verifiedBasic computer skills for timekeeping and documentation
- verifiedAbility to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- verifiedValid driver's license required if operating company vehicles
