In this position, you will serve as a versatile support resource during our peak turnover seasons. Your day-to-day will involve a mix of hands-on maintenance tasks, property care, and light administrative duties. You will help ensure our properties are pristine and ready for new residents by performing miscellaneous maintenance, participating in unit inspections, and assisting with general office operations.
