About the Role
Summer approaches! Lewis Apartment Communities is hiring for a part-time Pool Attendant at our upscale community, Homecoming at Creekside in Natomas, CA. As our Seasonal Pool Attendant, you will be the face of our recreation amenities, ensuring proper utilization of the pool and surrounding areas while promoting exceptional customer service to residents and their families. You will play a key role in maintaining safety and order, enforcing regulations, and fostering a welcoming environment for our community.

- check_circleCheck recreation passes and ensure guest policies are followed
- check_circleAddress and enforce community guidelines with residents and guests in a professional manner
- check_circleObserve and patrol amenity areas to maintain safety and order
- check_circleMaintain cleanliness of amenity areas, including pool deck, furniture, and surrounding spaces
- check_circleIdentify and report maintenance issues, hazards, or incidents to management promptly
- check_circleComplete daily logs and document incidents, trends, or concerns
- check_circleAssist with communication through the resident portal regarding pool updates
- check_circleSupport grounds and team members with trash collection and light maintenance tasks as needed
