We are seeking two Seasonal Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our West Central Region. This role is designed to provide essential customer service and accurate accounting functions that directly benefit IAS and its member-owners. The primary objective is to serve as the frontline connection between our farmers and our comprehensive suite of grain, feed, and agronomy services.
In this position, you will manage counter sales, process incoming and outgoing calls, and handle grain weighing and grading. A key component of the role involves proactive customer engagement; you will conduct weekly communications via phone, text, or email to discuss product offerings and track interactions in our CRM platform. You will also manage grain settlements, contracts, and billing for feed and energy products, ensuring accurate invoicing and inventory control.
This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability. You must be willing to float among locations within the region, with main offices based in either Faulkner or Union, Iowa. Additionally, there is a specific requirement to work at the Williams office during the fall season. Hours are dictated by coverage needs and seasonal demands, and the role may occasionally require reporting to other IAS locations or assisting in training others.
