About the Role
This position offers a fun, friendly environment with potential for growth opportunities. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling material and stock movement while operating specialized lift equipment. Your role is critical in optimizing operational flow to ensure all utility needs are met while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
You will be expected to maintain minimum performance standards, safely complete assignments using equipment such as Stock Pickers, Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, or Turret Trucks, and manage the check-in and check-out processes for these assets. Success in this role requires the ability to multi-task, proficient reading skills, and a commitment to abiding by all of Carter's safety rules, policies, and attendance procedures.
Shift Details
This role is scheduled for the 3rd Shift, running Friday through Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. The position includes a shift differential, with a base rate of $19 per hour plus an additional $1 per hour for the shift.

Requirements
