About the Role
As a fully remote Search Consultant, you will partner with our team to help clients fill urgent positions and connect them with qualified candidates. This is a commission-driven role designed for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, a competitive spirit, and a desire for unlimited earning potential. You will earn between 30-75% of your production, with no cap on your income.
While we do not require previous recruiting experience, we provide a tried-and-true recipe for success. Upon joining, you will receive comprehensive training, tools, resources, and continuous coaching to help you reach your individual goals. You will be surrounded by a supportive team dedicated to your professional and personal growth.
