The Premium Lane Service Agent serves as a vital first point of contact for travelers at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. In this role, you will support premium checkpoint operations by guiding guests through designated expedited screening lanes. Your primary mission is to deliver a professional, welcoming guest experience while ensuring efficient passenger flow and maintaining a smooth, organized customer journey.
You will be the face of VIP Hospitality LLC within the airport environment, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced setting. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on interaction and take pride in providing exceptional service to travelers from diverse backgrounds.
This is a flexible part-time role located in Seattle, WA, with a schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position demands consistent floor presence, requiring you to remain active and mobile throughout your shift, including extended periods of standing and walking. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and utilize various communication devices to support daily operations and respond to changing operational demands.
Candidates selected for this role must be able to obtain and maintain Port of Seattle and TSA security credentials. All applicants are required to pass a background check and meet airport badging requirements before beginning employment.
