SciTec is a dynamic, non-traditional defense contractor and a wholly owned subsidiary of Firefly Aerospace. For over forty-five years, we have supported U.S. Department of Defense customers by developing innovative remote sensing algorithms, tools, and techniques. Our mission is to deliver world-class data exploitation capabilities that support critical national security missions, including missile defense, intelligence, surveillance & reconnaissance, space domain awareness, and aircraft survivability.
We have an immediate opportunity for a Scrum Master to support programs focusing on low-latency data processing, fusion, and tracking algorithms for the exploitation of remote sensing systems. Based in Boulder, CO, this role is designed for a candidate with a technical background in remote sensing development across system design, software development, and data analytics.
In this position, you will lead and manage all Scrum activities for two teams of engineers developing products for the U.S. Government. You will guide development teams toward higher Scrum maturity, helping to build a productive environment where team members feel a sense of ownership over the product. Your day-to-day will involve coaching teams in Agile frameworks, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards while navigating the unique constraints of government contracting.
