About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Scrum Master to join our Minotaur software development team in Columbia, MD. In this hybrid role, you will be the guardian of our agile methodology, driving innovation and efficiency across our projects. You will guide software development teams through the Scrum framework, ensuring that all members work together effectively to meet project goals on time and within budget.

Your day will involve facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives while working closely with product owners. As a natural leader, you will champion the execution of the Scrum framework, coaching team members on agile principles and helping them identify and address obstacles. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and openness, serving as a proactive problem-solver who thrives on challenges.
