Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCollect and analyze supply chain data to recommend process improvements
- check_circlePrepare and manage import documentation to ensure regulatory compliance
- check_circleOversee import activities including documentation, shipment tracking, and vendor coordination
- check_circleFacilitate customs clearance by preparing documentation and interacting with brokers
- check_circleTrack ocean shipments from origin to destination and update stakeholders
- check_circleManage drayage operations and coordinate with transportation providers
- check_circleSupport the Inventory Control Tower and assist the SCM operation team
- check_circlePrepare and analyze ad-hoc business reports to identify issues and recommend improvements

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or related field
- verified2+ years of relevant experience in CPG import operations, trade management, or related functions
- verifiedStrong knowledge of SCP (Supply Chain Planning) System
- verifiedStrong analytical and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
- verifiedPrior experience using Oracle and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred
- verifiedBilingual in Korean is preferred
Nice to Have
Experience with import management, drayage operations, tracking ocean shipments, and/or custom clearance. Prior experience using Oracle and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Bilingual in Korean.
