- check_circleCollaborate with Success Coaches and Family Advocates to provide wraparound support
- check_circleMaintain an organized, professional, and welcoming classroom environment
- check_circleFacilitate personalized learning environments where students own their pace and progress
- check_circleDirect students to academic resources like AI tutors and intervention programs
- check_circleConduct bi-weekly one-on-one mentoring sessions on academic and behavioral growth
- check_circleCoordinate and proctor state-approved assessments such as Ohio EOC and STAR exams
- check_circleMonitor student credit completion and intervene early when falling behind graduation plans
