The Behavior Technician is a vital member of our education team, working to facilitate educational and behavioral services for children and adults with special needs. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical goals and daily learning environments, ensuring every individual receives the support they need to succeed.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve specific learning and behavioral goals and objectives. Your day-to-day work involves implementing behavior plans, providing direct support, and fostering a positive, safe environment that encourages growth and independence for the students you serve.
