About the Role
The RN School Support Manager serves as a vital clinical leader, providing oversight for medical care needs within school districts in accordance with specific contracts and regulations. This role bridges the gap between clinical excellence and operational efficiency, ensuring that student health services are delivered safely and effectively.
You will partner with business development and operational leadership to navigate industry-specific clinical trends. A core part of your day involves managing, training, and assigning RN School Support Trainers to specific client populations. Your responsibilities extend to care coordination, orientation, and driving clinical quality initiatives, ensuring that every aspect of student care meets the highest standards.
As a resource for the field, you will support School-Based Professionals (SBPs) and office staff regarding student needs and appropriate placements. You will collaborate closely with district personnel, building nurses, medical directors, and school-based professionals to align on nursing practices, policies, and protocols. Whether conducting in-person visits or managing remote care coordination, you will ensure compliance with delegation and supervision requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
